GermanyNILES ZP B-The design purpose of the series of machine tools is to precision machine external spur gears.
The feature of this series is that gears can be ground, drilled, and gear planes can be machined on the same machine.
Flexible machining of drilling holes and grinding surfaces using adjustable ceramic tools. Grinding gears can be done using tools that do not require trimming.
GermanyNILES ZP B-The series of gear grinders are equipped with two trimmers. The machine uses a CNC dressing system to grind corundum and sintered corundum grinding wheels.
The second dresser is a tool used for trimming drill holes and grinding gear surfaces.
